The app is a private journal for manually entered values. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace professional medical care.
Responsibility for data
You are responsible for checking entries and choosing whether to export CSV or voluntarily save entries to Apple Health. Apple Health may retain entries after the app is removed; they can be deleted separately in GlucoTrail or the Health app.

Unless Desima adds a custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.
